Sophie has been riding since the age of 14 and during that time competed in various disciplines dressage , trec , eventing , hunter trial , show jumping and showing which is where her heart lies . Sophie runs a team of show horses from her own yard based In Chertsey , Surrey and will be riding her coloured native pony stallion Sam the Man in The Parade. Both Sophie and Sam rode in the parade last year and thoroughly enjoyed every second of it despite the rain and couldn't wait to come back for this year . Sam has a varied lifestyle and has competed at some of the most prestigious shows throughout England culminating in standing supreme champion ridden coloured horse of Great Britain 2014

Hannah Brown and Socrates
My name is Hannah and this will be my first LNYDP. I started riding at 6 years old and have been ever since. I have done a bit of everything from Pony Club to Eventing. I am riding Socrates or Soxx as he is known to his friends. He is an 18 year old Irish sports horse who came over to England from Ireland and was purchased by the Spooner family. The whole family have enjoyed Soxx during the ten years they have owned him and have competed in showing , show jumping and dressage. Soxx loves to hack out and we are both really looking forward to taking part in this event.

Claire Goodwin Hill and Question Master
Question Master or Jamie as he is known is a 16.1hh is 22 (23 in 2015!) years young! Bay Gelding. Owned by Claire Goodwin-Hill for the last 3 years.
They like to compete at local and county level in turnout and veteran classes and started riding side saddle just over a year ago and aim to compete in more turnout and veteran classes sideways in 2015. they both also like to take part in all Riding Club activities including dressage and BHS Trec.
Jamie's favourite treats are wagon wheels and munchies - if Claire leaves him any!

Erin Doig and Diamant Star

My name is Erin and this is my horse Star. I've been riding since I was 4 and got my first pony aged 9. Since then I have done a bit of everything! I really enjoy working with young horses and producing them to competition level. My latest addition is this lovely big bay horse called Star, he is a 5 year old gelding by Diamant De Semilly out of a Quickstar mare. He was bred in Holland and came to the UK this summer. He was quite weak and green, but has really progressed and is now producing double clears and winnings at British Showjumping competitions. This is my first time at The Parade so I am really looking forward to the day.
